1. Non-Refundable Services
- All payments made for plagiarism reports, AI detection reports are non-refundable, except in cases listed under eligible refunds.
- Refunds are not applicable if:
- The user uploads the wrong file.
- The similarity or AI score is higher than expected (results depend on the content submitted).
- The user violates our Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The service was not delivered within the promised timeframe (For Plagiarism Report Standard= 24 Hrs, Express= 60 min
- A technical error occurred from our side.
3. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be initiated within 7 working days.
- Refunds are processed back to the original UPI payment method.
